I want your Crystal Wolf order to reach you quickly, safely, and with zero stress. Here’s a simple guide to how I handle shipping and delivery.

 

1. Order Processing Time

I pack and ship every order from my studio in Brighton, UK.

  • I usually process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • I take a little break on weekends and public holidays, so orders placed then will ship the next working day.

  • If I’m extra busy, your order might take a bit longer to leave my studio — but I’ll always do my best to keep things moving.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

You’ll see your exact shipping cost at checkout, but here’s a quick guide:

UK

  • Leads / Collars / Bandanas: £3.30

  • Coats / PJs: £4.70

Europe

  • All items: £8.50

Rest of World

  • Small items: £13

  • Large items: £20

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, and sometimes delays happen — but I’il always get your parcel on its way as quickly as I can.

 

3. International Shipping

I’m happy to ship Crystal Wolf goodies worldwide. I currently deliver to everywhere but Russia and Ukraine

  • Your shipping cost will appear at checkout.

  • Some countries charge customs fees or taxes when your parcel arrives. These charges belong to the customer, and I recommend checking your local guidelines if you’re unsure.

 

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, I’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

  • Your tracking link usually becomes active within 24 hours.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs fees, import taxes, and similar charges vary from country to country. Crystal Wolf doesn’t cover these costs, so they’ll be your responsibility if they apply.

 

6. Damages

If your parcel arrives damaged, I’m really sorry — that’s never the experience I want for you.

  • Please contact the shipping carrier right away to start a claim.

  • Hold onto all packaging and the damaged items until the claim is complete.
